A 0.030 bid that loses pays the sitter a 0.003 cover and gets 0.027 back. Every losing bid does the same.
How a sitting runs
1 · Seal
Holders of 10,000 $TOPTABLE seal one bid per sitting. Only a hash of the bid goes on chain, with a deposit at least as big as the bid (0.001 ETH minimum). A bigger deposit hides the bid better.
2 · Show
When the seal window shuts, a 10-minute show window opens. Tap Show: the page kept your seal code. The contract re-hashes your bid and only accepts the one you sealed.
3 · Sit
The highest shown bid sits. Every other bid pays the new sitter a 10% cover and gets the rest back. A bid never shown pays 10% of its deposit. The sitter's bid is the seat price, paid to whoever sat before.

When a later sitting seats someone else, A is paid that sitter's bid. A sitting where nobody shows refunds every deposit in full and the seat stays put.
